Quick Garden Dinner

On days when I'm really busy meeting deadlines with projects like this and this and this...or even this, I make pizza. With my excellent bread machine, the dough is extremely easy. Drop the ingredients in, and let the appliance do the tough stuff.

What's vital to the whole process is having the canned tomato sauce and toppings to help things along. Here's dinner, just before it's about to pull a Hansel and Gretel in the oven:

The dough, with our zesty (read: hot!) tomato sauce.

Ooo, girl, are those pickled peppers and onions?
Ineed they are.

Add fat free cheese and she's ready for
baking. Twenty minutes at 400 degrees.
Now that's what I call gorgeous. And easy.
Sorry, Ms. Pizza. Don't take that the wrong way.
